My Story
Welcome to Vahana Services. My name is Allison Langton, and I've been devoting my life to my own mental health and spiritual connection for many years now. I do so by meditating, praying, listening to my intuition, journaling, and letting my practices evolve.
After two decades of working as an IT professional, my passion for spirituality has led me to start this business. Vahana, which can be translated from Sanskrit to vehicle, represents my desire to help people find their own ways of connecting with themselves and their spirituality.
Emotional Intelligence
When I first started exploring my own psyche, I used words like sad, mad, and happy to describe how I felt.
After working with a Psychologist and practicing the art of journaling, my vocabulary started to expand. Sad could be expressed on a greyscale of depressed, grief, or gloomy.
After learning about Pranic Healing, I've come to realize how important it is to 1) Identify feelings by word or sensation and 2) Release them. By journaling and doing Pranic Healing I am able to do both.
