Who can help me?

In the process of setting up for the Calgary Women's Expo, I was deciding what to ask for help with. For me this isn't an easy task as I oscillate between wanting someone to rescue me - do it for me and I move all the way to not asking anyone for help due to lack of trust. Being able to discern whether I should ask someone else for help is the first step.
Once that is done, then I need to decide who to ask. In my meditation practice leading up to the Expo, I heard a soft voice say "Trust Kal". He was a friend I had asked for help from because I knew his skillset would add value. As the weeks went by, I heard the loud voice in my head say, "you can do this all yourself, why do you need anyone?". I chose to put that aside and remember the quiet "Trust Kal" moment.
The setup day finally came and my quiet voice was affirmed, because the end result, with Kal's help was beautiful. He didn't do it all but it made a difference; I had prepared a lot of materials and I had another friend with an artful eye there. With everyone's contribution, it all came together as it was meant to.
Through my meditation practice, I was able to hear who to ask for help from and trust that inner voice.
